i my 3.2.0 version, guests can't signup ..

I don't now @Rodolfo .. As my images folder is empty, i have made a new fresh installation ..

I think the issue was with the upgrade process from 3.0.0 to 3.2.0 ..

The upgrade has not been done as it should be ..
