😢 Unexpected result

I bought v4 include v3 yesterday. I could not install it.
I unzipped the files and uploaded them to my cloudserver. After hours of searching for a supposed solution, I found that it didn't help me either.

I found the requirements page and set everything according to instructions.

However, I could not install it.

Then I asked my hoster for help and he tried the whole afternoon to install it on different ways. What unfortunately has also notworked. The hoster has sent me error messages.

Mysql database and user are created and ready to connect, however, he does not manage to create the tables.

I ask for help, I would like to use this very much.

Hi @Rhaven, I'm sorry you are experiencing this unfortunate issue.

What I can understand from the situation you are covering here is that the system wasn't installed properly as it misses a database table. The other error mentions that the database driver isn't there.
