Can't connect multiple social media accounts from user settings if email address is required

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. Create an account
  2. Link another social media account from user settings
  3. When clicked on save, you're redirected to page where you've to enter email address
  4. It throws error that user with that email already exists
😢 Unexpected result

A valid user with email address shouldn't have to enter their email address again if they're connecting another social media account from user settings.

In which context does this happens? I just tested removing / adding Google and it never asked me again for email.
