Every time you have issues with external storage deletes, just check queues table. I'm seeing huge lists of "pending" queues that are not being processed. Queue deletes are just broken, your website is not even calling the process at all.

Unfortunately, I can't debug anything because the access that you provided doesn't work. Please send me server access to inbox@chevereto.com to try to detect what's going on.
