Cambiar 2.mb por 5.mb es posible?

En config.php... Pero el limite tambien va por tu empresa de hosting, es decir, puede que le digas 5Mb pero tu empresa soporta maximo 3.

En config.php dice, revisa si no es taaanto.
Para saber el limite, hace un phpinfo.

control+f "size" y veras todas las restricciones de tamaño.
