bulk importer: path doesn't exist (but no...)

🎯Description of the issue
Enjoying the full version of the gallery and testing it on debian. I've provided a full path to a source folder, inside one of "homes": /home/something/test_pics
The path does exist, but I'm welcomed with an error saying otherwise. I'm expecting privs are wrong, but I think I do have read access there.

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. Dashboard > Bulk Import
  2. Provide a full path: /home/something/test_pics/ that exists
  3. Top levels as albums
  4. Submit
😢Unexpected result

Target path /home/something/testpics doesn't exists

📃Error log message

Here's the funny thing. app/importer/jobs/ is empty

The path must exists for PHP, meaning that the server running PHP needs to have permissions for the alleged folder.
