I think the problem is with your .htaccess file you need to put this Code in your root .htaccess file.

I just checked and your update was wrong, you didn't updated all the needed files. Also, you have eAccelerator enabled in your PHP settings, you need to disable that because eAccelerator doesn't work properly with PHP 5.3+, if you need an accelerator try to use OPCache which is way better than eAccelerator.
