Big names bug

this is not a hugely important bug but its still a bug.

the chances of it happening are low.

but im testing out using mixed names for my files and when in the database i seen that the max char for name was 200.

so i tried to upload an image with over 200 letters in the name and when you do that the file gets uploaded fine but it does not get added to the database meaning the links dont work.

the chances of it happening are low but still wanted to report it.
 
That is because the mysql limit was set for 200, I will tune the function to have max 200 chars filename.
