Banners Won't Show Up No Matter Where I Place Them - Password Corrected

Description of the issue
No matter where I place banner code, none of them show up on the site.
This is important, as affiliate banners are the only way I'll have to make money with my site...that I can think of.


I showed the codes I've tried in my last support ticket.

I'm not sure what we wait for when submitting a help ticket.

Do we get a notice something has been checked into
Do we get a notice the problem was fixed?
Do we wait for a new Chevereto update?
 
I need access to your website (dashboard). Unfortunately, the credentials that you provided doesn't work as admin account and neither it allows me to connect via FTP. Do please provide a valid access, otherwise I cant't check anything.
