Banner codes not appear in banner fields in admin panel

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. After update from 4.1.0 to 4.2.0
  2. Ad banner code in banner section of admin panel
  3. Banner code not appear at all in banner field after save the banner code
😢 Unexpected result

Banner code can't be implemented.

No error logs at all (in public_html)
