Hello.

Currently, it's possible to ban users. It should also have the possibility to ban IP's (with guests who send contents).

This could can be done with htaccess

Code: 
Order Deny,Allow
Deny from 127.0.0.1
Deny from 192.168.0.1
 
Best that you can do is what @hnn mentioned because you ban all the access. In the future I will add bans but that will only apply to dynamic access (PHP).
