Asian font problem of SEO friendly URLs 未命名

Hello,

After enabling the SEO friendly URLs, I discovered that some SEO friendly URLs cannot be accessed. Let me show an example.

The file name of this image: 未命名

The file name of this image is asian character only. The system cannot generate a correct SEO friendly URL for this case. I hope that this problem can be solved in the future version.

I'm sorry, but the library used to turn strings into SEO friendly strings doesn't support Asian chars. At this time the patch will be to simply avoid the /.<id> URL.
