Apply a global size to all folder content

I am about to buy this tool but have few questions;
#1. I want users to register and after they register they can then upload an image BUT I want to set the sizes of the image they can upload.
Scenario 1: When uploading an image, they are given an option to choose from two or more sizes. Then they can upload to the size they chose.
Assume they chose size A, the image they upload is visible right away.
If they choose size B, the image they upload is not visible till approved by admin.
#2: Ability to set the size of an image that can be uploaded to each folder globally.
#3. Ability to make image visible only after payment is made.
#4. Where can the develops of this tool can be contacted for more customization?

I'm the creator and I'm afraid that Chevereto won't satisfy your needs. Some of those features that you need will be added in future releases, but that takes time and I can't confirm a date for it.

Which ones cannot be done and can I pay for customization? Essentially, they service I am trying to offer will be a paid service. Is there any implementation of this tool that is similar?
But Can I pay for further customization?

Chevereto v4.X will aim to fill the gaps for both community and commercial image hosting so everything related to $ should be added there.
