Describe your feature request
Enable Chevereto applications to support a database-independent file for backup and restore. The goal of this functionality is to remove the database driven issues for the existing backup/restore methods available for the application. As current backup method is database bound, the application data is locked in the database provider which limits our basic fundamental core concept of portability for Chevereto.

Where did you see this?
Old school systems used to have this until the wise guys leave it to database layer.

Community interest
For sure, raise hand who really enjoyed the joy of migrating from/to MySQL/MariaDB? Also, I need this to offer portability at Chevereto Cloud. 😇
