Album selection drop down list is empty when trying to upload images directly into album

Please open one ticket per issue. If you are experiencing multiple issues don't hesitate to create multiple tickets for each issue.

Reproduction steps
  1. Go to any existing album
  2. Click on upload button
  3. Select image to upload
Unexpected result

The album selection drop down list will be empty.

If image is uploaded directly from global upload from, the album list is correctly populated.
