Hola, estos días estuve intentando actualizar Chevereto v3 a v4 mediante cpanel pero al conectar la base de datos y terminar el proceso de actualización el sitio web queda en 0, es decir como una instalación nueva, sin las imágenes e información de la versión anterior, no entiendo en que estoy fallando ?

Hello, these days I have been trying to update Chevereto v3 to v4 through cpanel but when connecting the database and finishing the update process the website remains at 0, that is, as a new installation, without the images and information of the previous version, I don't understand what I'm doing wrong?

He tenido este problema un par de veces, ocurre cuando apuntas hacia otra base de datos. Tienes que asegurarte de usar exactamente la misma base de datos, de lo contrario el sistema instala todo desde cero.

Los archivos aun deberian estar ahi, el problema es que simplemente le diste otra base de datos.

Quizás es la misma base de datos, pero con otro prefijo de tabla?

Hola @Rodolfo , en el cuadro para ingresar la información para conectar la base de datos en el apartado prefijo dice "chev_" en mi caso es diferente como decís arriba, ejemplo "pepe_chev184", borre el "chev_" y agrege "pepe_chev" y el resultado fue el mismo 🙁
