Adult filtering

Hi Team,

At VN, I see some image hosting like chevereto but it died 😕 because some members upload adult picture. So i think it's very good news if next update have a adult filtering.

There is no such thing as an effective filtering for adult pictures but I can add a system that can raise flags and make the job easier. I think that there are a few good algorithms for that out there.
