Adsense skyscraper on Image Viewer

Hello there guys,

I was thinking about trying out dual adsense skyscraper ad blocks; one on each side of the displayed image on the image page.

Is this possible to easily paste into the image.php code? I'm thinking that some of the larger resolution images will just push these ad blocks out of the way, rather than stay nicely bordered by them?

Just a thought to change up the usual banner placement from time to time!

To have left and right banners you will need to edit the ad spaces to be fixed or floated left to right, but the main problem there is that Chevereto uses the full browser width to display the images. You will get ads right above the image and for AdSense that is a forbidden practice.

This is not always true... Ads can be near images, the condition is that the ads should not confuse users between them and images.

This is not always true

What I mean is that unless you control the image width, Chevereto will keep using 100% if possible. So when someone uploads a background image or any image wider than the browser width you will get trouble.
