There's a discussion around this on tips and some users are asking about it. I've opened this RFC to determine if this should be added to the software.

It would be nice if this tool could also be used to delete all images for a specific user or IP.
Someone uploaded hundreds of inappropriate images, so I needed to keep deleting them over and over again, only one screen of approximately 24 images can be deleted at a time.
