Add Akamai NetStorage

Can you add this to External Storage? I'm probably making the switch to Akamai CDN and they offer storage to work in conjunction with their CDN.

They seem to don't be that interested in provide an official PHP API for that. Also I've been unsuccessful to find an stand-alone library. I will focus in more open services rather than things like this.
