You need to enable mod_rewrite in your server and set error_reporting "false" in config.php

It seems that you don't have mod_rewrite on that server. Please ask your hosting company to enable it.

Yo have to use Rewritebase / in your .htaccess (I have already do that...) and a file was missing. It shoudl work now.
