No, you only need one Network license for all your domains. Doesn't matter where you host, but the domains must be owned by the same entity.

you can use it on multieple hosts and multiple domains. But the domain must be owned by you as network license holder. It cannot be owned by your friend or some 1 else, then you license will be suspended. For violating the network license TOS or so.
