Currently, there is no way we can search specific user in the community. Not even admin can do it. Correct me if I am wrong.

If we are heading towards the community-based system there should be an option to search other users, right? At least admin should have this feature.
 
Actually user search is enabled but is broken (bug). It will get fixed for v3.7.3
