A strange thing in Google Adsense

Hello,

I have activated Google Adsense on my site.
And I paste the code everywhere.
But from time to time I see an ad that is not from Google and has nothing to do with Google ads.
I started to feel that something was wrong or that there was a virus in the site files.
Can you look at the attached picture?
Please advise on that

I really doubt that this is a bug, because others would be reporting the same. Chances are that your web browser is infected with some malware.
