Scroll after closing anywhere upload (mobile address bar)

This bug only happens on mobile (android tested) devices with auto-hiding address bar.

Steps to repeat:
  1. Scroll down on a page so that the address bar is hidden.
  2. Click upload button to open anywhere upload modal.
  3. Close anywhere upload modal.
  4. Page can no longer be scrolled.
Scrolling ability can be restored by scrolling up to reveal the address bar and opening/closing the anywhere upload modal.

Bug confirmed. It will be patched in the next revision.
