Notifications are not displayed after update.

Description of the issue
After the update to 3.10.2, the notification field (top bar) ist not displayed anymore.

I have to reduce the Browser window width, to make the design switch to "Mobile" to access the notifications. (The User Image with red Badge appears then.)
