502 error on new install

[error] 25178#0: *12 upstream sent too big header while reading response header from upstream, client: 108.162.237.75, server: pics.fap.bz, request: "GET /install/?a=install/?/?a=install

this is from my nginx error.log
getting this error with a new install of Chevereto latest version.
i go to my website for install and all i get is a 502 bad gateway error.
 
502 error has been fixed. my nginx.conf files was wrong.
ssh password has been changed.
please closed this thread
