4.0 Beta 5 - Can't view images in admin dashboard

When trying to view all images from the admin dashboard (https://imgrot.com/dashboard -> Images) the following error gets thrown.

This wasn't happening the other day so it's either because of something someone uploaded or because x amount of images have been uploaded to the server now.
