4.0.0 Installer does not work

Can't install 4.0.0-beta2

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. sudo -u www-data curl -SLo installer.php "https://chevereto.com/download/file/v4-installer"
  2. Open installer via browser
  3. Get 500 error.
