[3.14.0.b1] Finished uploads - reset instead of close button

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps

1. Dashboard -> Settings -> Image upload ---> Upload user interface set ( /upload route | On-page container )
   The setting doesn't matter
2. press: Upload Button
3. press: browse from your computer & select two or more files
4. upload it

I tried jpg & webp images.

😢Unexpected result

After uploading, the button text "Reset" appears instead of the normal "close" button.

I think it is a bit misleading to reset a finished upload, even if the purpose of the button is only to reset the form.
