[3.13.5] Upload button in album doesn't work

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Image Upload == set Upload user interface to /upload route
  2. Go to Albums (https://DOMAIN/USERNAME/albums) -> Create a Album
  3. Check out the new album. Press Upload Images or Upload to album

😢Unexpected result

Unfortunately the button does not work.
If "Upload user interface" is set to "On-Page Container" again, the button works.

🧨Which versions are affected?

When checking on the developer environment I noticed that this is also the case in version 3.13.5.
