Duplicate Upload

Disabled the duplicate upload, still, all are able to upload the same images as many times they need.

▶ Reproduction steps

Goto settings > image upload > enable duplicated uploads (disable)

Other settings

1) storing method date
2) naming method ID

Does this affect all users or only administrators? If this only happens to admins that's normal.

Now I tested as a user and it throws an error.

No image have been uploaded
Some errors have occured and the system couldn't process your request.

Improvement:

we can show user-friendly errors (duplicate image)

or

show the same URL as we store MD5 (if all the upload settings are the same) . This will be a better choice.

Now I tested as a user with different upload settings (delete after 5 minutes)

It still fails the upload. It needs to allow upload as the 1st image got uploaded with different settings and 2nd image trying to upload with different settings.

It needs to allow users to upload and provide new URLs as the settings are different.

And when I tested as a guest, it allows the upload

Improvement:

1) We can use the IP and then show the same URL to the customer using MD5 (if all the upload settings remain the same)

2) We can show the same image URL to all other guest user as well if the image is the same (if it got uploaded with normal settings) This will be a better choice.

Note : Technically (disabling duplicate uploads only needs to benefit admin or site owner by not having multiple copies, it should not make the user experience bad).
