▶ Reproduction steps
Spammers are recently using social media accounts to register spam accounts. After several attempts after bans their usernames become long as previous accounts are banned and eventually they are bigger than 16 character limit that is imposed on username for account registration and user settings. It also doesn't allow me to save the settings page when I try to block the account as username is too long.

- Signup with social media account with long username/vanity name
- account will have username longer than 16 characters.
