How to modify language "Flood detected. You can only upload 10000 images per month"

The content is in /app/lib/classes/class.upload.php, row ~237

There is currently no translation for this or is not entered in the code.

This also affects other lines in this file. Maybe it will be added sometime (if it is possible)
