#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax;

After install of files into my Cpanel. To proceed with the installation fill this form with the details of the initial admin account you want to use.
Added my info to be able to login the following message comes up.

"#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'xurmhwrf_6f0e6.chv_se' at line 1"
Need help to find and fix, please.
