Problems with changing the language.

Description of the issue
Some users have experienced the problem of changing the language in your account settings. It is registered users. And I, as an administrator, can not change the user's language.
Help please solve the problem.
 
Have you tried to do it with a normal test account ?

Suggest you create a user (non admin) and give it a try first.

Edit: Ignore that, I misread the issue, thought it was users not being able to change it 😉

Admin changing user language isn't working. Moved to bugs.
 
Update on this one, the language is being changed in the database. Problem is just the view.
