On the signups page, the terms and privacy links do not work if the relevant page is a "link" as opposed to "internal" within "Pages".

In other words if the page type is external link then it does not work.

It's also the same on the "Create Account" dropdown.

I've already patched this one, it will be included in v3.10.17.
