Minor CSS issue, search box, profile page

Affects versions 3.10.14 to 3.10.16

On user profile page the members name in the search box is indented left and sits under the magnifying glass icon.

Image below is from demo, does it in my copy as well.

Think it's either the padding or the :not() pseudo-class in line #422 peafowl.css , but not really looked in detail.

Appears fine in 3.10.13 and earlier.

I ended up adding another class to get rid of the issue. The fix will be included in v3.10.17.
