I have ran the install checker and I can run it ok and then all the file permissions are set ok and I still can not upload. It hangs on the upload... any ideas?
 
I need to run test on your server, can you give me FTP details to inbox@chevereto.com?
 
This is because the json functions are since PHP >= 5.2.0 and you are running 5.1.6
The fix is making this functions in pure PHP, it will come on 2.0.4

Btw, is mostly recommended that you run PHP 5.3
