What do I need to do to install chevereto on a Windows server? I uploaded the files into the root web, permissions are fine, I have the most recent version of PHP... and yet I am currently getting a blank page:

This is in the browser address: http://mywebsite.com/install
With this error message: The requested document was not found on this server.

There is no install folder, however... why am I being sent there? There is an apps/install folder, though...?
 
Is Windows Apache or other kind of server?
