Why has my account been blocked?

as i can see you got single domain license, which means you cannot install script on more than 1 domain at the time. So you have mostlikely installed the script on another domain and there fore you got script on two domains which is not allowed! you need to purchase a network license if you want to use script on more than 1 domain at the time.

I had a white screen failure during the installation, so I used another domain to test the installation. I made sure that the domain I used for testing was not provided to others to use, it was just a test installation.

there you go, that was cause of your blockage, since it sent both domains to chevereto license system and which it then noticed you installed it on two domains and then it got blocked.

Never install on two domains at once! always bring down broken one first or install local copy on your pc/virtual box to test.

How do I unblock it? My previous installation of the test domain has been removed and I'm considering upgrading to Network license, but I can't even open the purchase page now.

you will have to wait for @Rodolfo to check this topic and hopefully he will understand you did misstake and will unblock your blockage.

hi guy, my account been blocked too. A long time I do not use it and now I want to use it but locked 🙁 Could you please help me unlock it?
