When I try to upgrade it from V3.18 to V3.20, errors come. How to fix it? It's urgent!

  • Exchangeable image information (Exif) is not loaded in this server. Exif is required to handle image metadata.

Enable the Exif extension on your php . I suggest you to read the documents of Chevereto as you may face many more issue if the dependencies are not installed.

I had the same problem and as they tell you, I informed my hosting, they activated that module and another one that was missing in my hosting, GD WebP, and now it works fine.
