Back up your data ( MySQL, for example) and Theme ( If you've changed your files ) & Pictures ;
Mysql :
./Yourdatabase/*
chevereto :
./app/settings.php
./app/themes/*
./content/* ( logo and Cover image )
./images/* ( all the pic )
It is best to back up the entire site directory !
There are also nginx or apache website *.conf files or ssl certificate ;
nginx/conf/vhost/*.conf
nginx/conf/ssl/*.crt
apache/conf/vhost/*.conf
apache/conf/ssl/*.crt
Be sure to back up your data !
