Website is down after 3.6.2 upgrade

Hello,I purchased then upgraded the script from 3.6.0 to 3.6.2 and I see an error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function CHV\mb_strlen() in /home/business/public_html/imgup.io/app/lib/classes/class.user.php on line 399
