Hosted Platform and Network Bundle come with hosting provided for you and requires, I believe, a 12 month contract before you can 'own' the script and move it to your own host.

The Core and Network License is an OUTRIGHT buy of the software meaning you can take it anywhere you want.

The other option is HOSTED through Arvixe.

That's just the license alone. No hosting at all.
