Hi,

Thank you for the detailed information. I've checked the guide and I can confirm that the next minor release will include support for WebP.

By the way, the bug in the guide is not related to the system classes. The bug is in G\imagecopymerge_alpha which needs to allocate true color for the destination image (webp). Don't mind, I've already fixed it and webp images will be able to apply watermarks.
