Watermarks in 3.6.5

I'm having problems with watermarks, they doesn't show up at all. Just upgraded to 3.6.5. Anyone else having trouble with these?

Everything works great except the watermarks. Tried a couple of png's as watermark, with and without transparency on a bunch of .jpg's but nothing.
Re checked so that I got all files during upgrade, Everything ok.
Flushed caches on server and in my browsers (Firefox and IE 11)

Watermarks: Enabled
Guest, user and Admin: Enabled
On GIF: Disabled
Minimum image size: 100 100 (tried 0 0)
Position: lef bottom, (tried center center)
Watermark percentage: 4 (tried 10, 50, 100) really not sure what to set if I want watermark 1:1 like in 3.6.3.
Margin: 1
Opacity: 60
 
Check the email that I sent to all those who downloaded 3.6.5 early.
 
Well, then send me website FTP and admin access to test it. I will check it on Monday.
