How to fix the gray background in watermarking?

Problem is your watermark file.

Below where you upload the watermark it reads:

You can use a large image if the file size is not that big (recommended max. is 16KB). Must be a PNG.

Your watermark file was a 1923x468 34.2KB file. In the future please use an image not that huge for that.
