watermark issue

Hi

My upgrade from 3.2.1 to 3.2.3 went really smooth and fast, everything worked on the first try. Except the watermark option. I've enabled this option but when i upload images the watermark does not appear on it, and when i try to upload an other png image as a watermark in my dashboard/settings/image-upload and click on Save changes , it say : Can't remove old watermark file
