v4 installation and typesetting issues

I have buy Chevereto V4. I downloaded version 4.0.9
But! Why do I have no pictures or layout on the page during installation or after installation?
I use xmapp install (10.4.28-MariaDB + php 8.1.17)
OS:windows11
PHPINFO (curl，exif，fileinfo，gd，hash，imagick，json，pdo，pdo-mysql，session，xml)
Is all open enabled.

I used a browser to view the source code and found that the paths pointed to by some CSS and images were absolute locations, such as C:/xampp/htdocs/chereveto4/content/legacy/system/style.min.css. The rewrite function seems unusual. I also checked a lot of Rewrite functions, but still can't find the reason
